After Office Pilates

This class you'll be focusing on re-alignement and stretching of the back muscles, working with different props such as the elastic thera-band, cylindres, Pilates balls,
Through a series of exercises that will release the lower- and upperback all the while stimulating the right core muscles!

Ballet Got Soul

1 hour workout merging elements of Ballet and Pilates with soulful tunes to inspire your mind and your dancing feet.
You will develop the full-body strength needed to perform Pilates exercises, and improve your posture while doing ballet combinations and barre au sol. Why is Ballet got soul different from regular pilates?
Because we're dancing!!!


The GYROKINESIS® is a movement method that gently works the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences and through the awareness and engagement of the center. It is an original and unique movement method, that works with the coordination of the breath and has qualities similar to those found in Yoga, Tai Chi and dance.
Each class begins on a chair with a gentle warm up sequence to awaken the senses, and stimulate the nervous system. This is followed by a series of fluid spinal motions which increase range of motion, and prepare the body to explore more complex movements with agility, and ease. 
It is recommended for non-dancers, dancers, persons with injuries or local pain such as back problems.
A perfect way to renew energy and a general wellbeing !

Pilates All Levels / Tous niveau (AL/TN)

This is for students that do pilates on a regular basis. The student has full knowledge of all the exercises of the Beginners’ level and wants to get an even deeper balance between body, mind and spirit.

Pilates and Stretching

Flexibility exercises are designed to increase your range of motion around a joint and Pilates (see description of Pilates ) will strengthen the abdominal muscles and therefore your back.
Muscle stretching only concern the muscle. They are used to restore the standard length of the muscle that is contracted in the effort or stiffened . They do not seek a maximum gain in the freedom of movement of the joint. The stretching exercises never go beyond your personal limit. They will increase the range of motion and enhance flexibility . They work on the joint and its entire environment , the muscles, of course, that expand over the initial normal size , but also on all the connective tissue, ligaments and the joint capsule. Your body gains a new freedom of movement!

Pilates Beginners

Pilates beginners are your very first pilates classes!
Here you will learn the bases and the main pilates terms.
You will need at least 5 beginners classes to pass onto the next level (All Levels)
Pilates is a series of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates in the early twentieth century. Based on general principles such as the strengthening of the abdomen, coordination, control, breathing, precision, flowing movements. Pilates exercises help to develop a strong and flexible body: it lengthens and strengthens muscles, improves muscle tone, stimulates circulation and relaxation. A great way to strengthen your back and thus prevent or treat back problems.
Joseph Pilates, the founder of Pilates, said: "In 10 sessions, you will feel the difference. In 20, you will see the difference. And in 30, you'll be on your way to having a whole new body.”
Definitely a must for those who spend many hours at the office.

Pilates level2 Intermediate

level 2 = min 20 classes of pilates behind you (beginners and all levels)
Your teacher will be able to advise you when you are ready to dive deeper into the practice!

Pilates on Swiss Ball (intermediate level)

Introduce some variety and a new challenge to your Pilates practice by integrating the playful element of our big Swiss Balls!
You will gain more Strength, Flexibility and Balance during your weekly Pilates Ball training.
And best of all... it really is great FUN !
This class is not suitable for beginners, you need to have at least 10 pilates classes behind you and a good mastery of your body.

Specially designed for people needing to take a special care of their back.
This gentle class is open to all levels.
